Cozy leisure room added a comforting touch to my stay.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was quite complicated, requiring a deposit without a receipt, which added to our frustration. Our room was small with outdated facilities that made it uncomfortable, especially during our stay. while the breakfast selection was decent, the dining area felt cramped, with insufficient space for all guests during peak hours.

The private bathroom in the room added a nice level of comfort, and I appreciated the cozy leisure room for unwinding after busy days. The garden area was a pleasant surprise for relaxation and the board games provided a bit of fun when I needed a break.
Meals are strictly not allowed in the rooms, which is odd. The common dining area can be cramped, barely accommodating more than three groups, making it tough to find a spot during busy times. The breakfast situation needs a serious overhaul. there were insufficient tables, and the variety was lacking. On top of that, sound travels easily within the building, so be prepared for potential noise disturbances.

great location but dining area could improve
The check-in process was smooth with thoughtful arrangements for our late arrival. Staff went above and beyond by staying back to make sure we had everything we needed. The room provided a wonderful view that added to our overall experience. Breakfast featured delightful choices like fresh juices that made mornings enjoyable.
The dining area felt cramped during peak hours, making it hard to find a space.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed a cozy double room with a private bathroom. The location near the gondola was perfect for our hiking trips. the Wi-Fi connectivity was poor, and we had to request towel changes. Dining facilities could feel cramped during busy hours, so plan accordingly!

I had a lovely time relaxing in the garden area and enjoying the cozy leisure room during my stay. The amenities were just right for unwinding after a long day out, but it would’ve been nice to have better access to power outlets in the room. Definitely check out the breakfast when you’re there! ☕

The location is fantastic, right next to the gondola station and close to a relaxed bar with ping pong. The private bathroom in our room added a level of comfort that I truly appreciated during my business trip.
Wi-Fi could be improved for better connectivity during work hours.

Friendly staff and a prime location near the gondola and bus stop enhanced the experience. Breakfast featured a variety of juices and square hamburgers, adding a satisfying touch to the mornings. the room was quite noisy, disrupting sleep, and the early check-out process was awkward, raising concerns about luggage safety during hikes.
